Please note that because each spruce cookie is rough and unfinished, they may have natural splits or other imperfections. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on these natural characteristics, as they are inherent to the product and part of its rustic charm.

If the spruce cookie arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can work with you to arrange a return or exchange.
